Life, Dont talk to me about life !

Life, dont talk to me about life
I heard you say when groaned in your strife

but what else is there when we are all here
we've got to take note of the good times and cheer

the space where we sit when surrounded by bad
can help us compare the good when we're glad

it hightens awareness of what really matters
it isn't the end when you think your in tatters

I hope you begin and learn to improve
the body, the mind, the spirit can southe

we all can be sad and feel in the dark
but all that it takes is just one brightest spark

to make you realise you're just better off
than you thought that you were when you started to scoff

at this poem or rhyme or whatever it is
just pick yourself up, you're the ticket, the biz !
